Delivery within 5-8 working days from our USA store.

Europe and UK

Delivery within 10-15 working days from our Ukrainian store.

Delivery within 15-21 working days from our Ukrainian store.

 

Orders processing issues:

We are preparing your order shipment within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. We will begin to process your order as soon as we receive and verify it. You will receive email confirmation of your order together with the tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please be aware shipping times can vary depending on the country of destination, national holidays or other circumstances beyond the control of Woobox.

Please, use the express shipping option if you need the order to be delivered by the special date.

Multiple items are shipping together unless specified.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes received from his country.

In case when the order was lost or damaged by the post office:

After receiving your message about the missing parcel, Woobox immediately contacts Postal services about the parcel whereabout. Once we get the confirmation about the parcel lost we refund 100% cost of order including delivery cost.

If you received a damaged parcel, please take a photo and send it to Woobox customer service within 2 days on delivery. We will proceed with a 100% refund within 14 business days within receiving a photo that proves the delivery mistake.

In case if you are not satisfied with your order:

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery date.

We proceed the refund within 14 business days of the receipt of returned items.

Please, note, that all returned items will be charged the original shipping fee. All items returned must be in in new/unused condition. If the item has been used or worn, the buyer would be responsible for any loss in value.

Please, note that we do not accept the returns for custom or personalized orders.

Returns for USA, UK, Europe, Asia and South America:

In the United States the returns are accepted at our warehouse in the United States. Please contact us for a Shipping label. Returns from Europe, Asia, South America and the UK are accepted to our warehouse in Ukraine at the address: 47 Copernika street, office 13, Lutsk, Ukraine, 43026

In case of exchange: 

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
